Beer can chicken

I love roast beer can chicken… the steam, right-side-up, and high cooking temperature makes for ultra moist meat. YUM!

Whoa! Looks great Gustad. I've got to give that a whirl. Do you ever have trouble with the chicken toppling over during cooking? I've seen a few stores that sell stands designed specifically for beer can chicken. Hype or worth the $?

jason, no i have not... it has been a fear..., but i just make sure i am carefull... make sur ehte chicken is fully on the can, and i use tongs to handle everything
